The United Way Western Regional will offer various learning and networking opportunities for United Way leaders, along with some great sessions on organizational development, fundraising, community impact, resource development, marketing, and more. All United Way board members, executives, staff members, volunteers, and partners throughout the country are welcome to attend.

The United We Thrive: 2025 California United Ways Conference aims to deepen the connection between staff and board members of the local California United Ways, share learnings, discuss common priorities, explore the Thriving United Way Framework, and identify opportunities for collaboration, in service of ensuring our collective resilience and capacity to serve our communities effectively.
