Your purchase of a ticket or tickets and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.

You hereby authorize and consent that United Way Worldwide, a not-for-profit corporation, its legal representatives, successors or assigns, and local United Way member organizations shall have the absolute right to copyright, publish, use, sell, or assign any and all photographic portraits or pictures, television spots, movie films, videotapes, and/or sound recordings, or any part thereof, they have taken or made of you on this date or in which you may be included, along with your name or other biographical data, in whole or in part. This applies whether apart from or in connection with illustrative or written printed matter, stories or news items, motion pictures, internet usage, television or radio spots, or for publicity, advertising, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in conjunction with your own or a fictitious name, or your real or fictitious biographical data, or in reproduction thereof in color or otherwise in any media now known or hereafter created.

You hereby waive all claims for any compensation for such use or for damages other than as set forth herein. You also waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You acknowledge that there is no obligation to use any material authorized by you hereunder.

You warrant that you are of full age and have the right to contract in your own name in the above regard. You further state that you have read the above authorization and release prior to the event and are fully familiar with its contents.
